Billing Terms
Payments made to GoMobile are processed by credit card. I agree to the fees set forth on the order page, specifically 3 monthly payments of $349 billed to this same card or one payment of $797 today. I may also choose to make additional purchases at this time using the same billing information provided. I agree that all charges as made with my knowledge, permission and consent.
Return Policy
Returns must be requested in writing within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by GoMobile in writing. After 30 days, all purchases are Non-Refundable. Upon the processing of a refund, all access to the members only sites, site builders, SEO Dashboard, draft and live mobile sites, leads machine, and any other tools or resources included with my purchase today will be immediately terminated.

You may not use GoMobile Solutions, GoMobile, Mobile Domination, Local Mobile Domination, or any derivative name in your business name, marketing, website, or advertising.
Non-Circumvent
After becoming a GoMobile customer, you will gain access to certain key vendors and relationships and you agree that you will not go around, circumvent or attempt to bypass GoMobile to work directly with any of these vendors.
